The most popular location for an Ardent Impressions personalization service is in an exhibit booth at a tradeshow. Exhibitors love how we attract attendees, capture their lead information and give them a pleasing branded keepsake. We also frequently work on behalf of the show organizers, in the entrance hall or at related events such as parties and dinners. Our staff is known to be the most professional in the industry and our equipment can be set up to be compact and discreet or as part of the attraction.
Many clients have us personalize gifts with names and/or faces at their sales meetings, user conferences, 'President's Club' trips, Christmas parties and more. We make the event more fun and the employees or end-customers feel appreciated when they receive a personalized memento.
Our services also bolster promotional events in retail settings. Every season you will find Ardent staff taking family pictures with Santa or the Easter Bunny at several northern California shopping centers such as Hillsdale and Del Monte.
Ardent has sent thousands of fans home with photo mementos from spectator events such as San Francisco Giants baseball games and Monster Jam truck rallies. We provide roving photographers to capture the moment and/or fun 'green screen' photos with custom digital backgrounds so the fan appears in the dugout, with a star athlete, driving the winning car and so on.
Our Facilities for Offsite Production & Fulfillment
We have production lines permanently set up in our main facility for: poster and photo printing, laser and diamond-tip engraving, embroidery, debossing, foil printing and thermal set printing (to put pictures on shirts or mugs for example). These are used when the attendance list is known in advance to thank and reward key customers or employees and for security badging. Our shipping center is set up to then efficiently deliver these items to those employees, customers or the customer's sales rep (to give them a reason to visit their client).
