Not enough headcount to get the job done? Acting as an extension of your events department, our talented staff can coordinate and plan your tradeshows and corporate events, remotely or from your office. We manage around 100 client events a year in many states and multiple countries and provide professional onsite staff for most of them.
With laser and diamond tip engravers, debossers, embroidery machines & industrial printers, we can personalize a wide variety of items on virtually any surface such as glass, metal, leather, fabric and wood. All can be set up discretely or become part of the show. Everyone keeps a gift with their name on it and appearing next to your logo really connects your brand.
Nothing captures the moment like a picture or video, especially when made extra memorable with fun ‘green-screen’ backgrounds or visiting VIPs such as Santa or a basketball star. Our green-screen technology adds flair by placing attendees into any scene imaginable and all images can immediatley be posted, printed and emailed.
Our onsite photo activities involve attendees in your booth or event, gives you time to chat, sends them away with a branded photo memento and can also drive traffic to your website or social media for photo viewing.
Lead STaR (Superior Tracking and Reporting)
When we put their name on a giveaway or photo, prospects expect to have their badge scanned 'to get the spelling right'. Since it's such a natural time to capture lead information, our Lead STaR (Superior Tracking and Reporting) System has proven very popular and successful. It works on tablets, kiosks or laptops and can record NPI data for our medical clients. Personalized gifts can be delivered to reps to motivate followup client meetings.

Offsite Production and Fulfillment in our Facilities
When the attendance list is known in advance, say for a company sales or customer advisory meeting, we can personalize thank-you gifts or awards ahead of time in our facilities. This saves money since it is less expensive to ship the goods than the staff and equipment.
